Yo yo Honey Singh Comeback

तुझे Diamond जैसे संभाल के रखना प्यार का Appetizer चखना और किसी पे गौर ना कर मेरे पास आके बोल मुझे तू मखना Have you heard the latest tunes of Honey Singh’s Makhna? Which one is your favourite his before or his after comeback looks?  I am not a big fan of Honey Singh, but slightly aware of his struggles with his illness last to last year. Due to my busy schedules of office, watching TV was not in my list, music channels are fairly absent from the list. Yesterday in a bday party children were dancing by tuning music channels on TV and I saw “Makhna” video of Yo Yo Honey Singh and sponatanously asked who is he? I have recorded my first Facebook live event and do you believe I was the speaker...oh my god that was unexplainable experience.... “Khud ko dekh kar baatein karni hoti hai camera mein.........and you don’t know who’s watching you....Kaun karta hai aise....pahle ka time hota to kahte Khud se baatein kar rai hai...pukka kuch gadbad hai (can’t use that pa... words as a mental Helath professional we are not supposed to)”.  The time has changed and so the way of reaching people also.  Hope very soon I will get used to this.  This time again we selected the topic - “A step towards Happiness”. Thanks to organizers they agreed to switch from Stress to Happiness (inspired by earlier blog). It was a great interactive session talking about how to find happiness in everyday things....how can we practice on strengthening happiness quotient and reducing stress quotient. One finding in 2016 by Mr. Udaya Chandra, that I would like to share with all, is that India stands 118th out of 156...

1990 vs 2019

Felt like naming this blog as Real happiness vs. pseudohappiness. But then changes the name considering we are the same people living both the times....kya fayda Khud ko pseudo bol ke... Khair this time I am doing the big comparisons of both the times in terms of happiness as I have witness both in full conscious and enjoying and liking both the Era’s too... Let’s compare the things and their changing meanings focusing on the happiness which we can live again with this reading...... 1. Aeroplane  1990 - cheering from your balcony/ veranda when aeroplane passes high in sky  2019 - traveling in flight and seeing the tiny houses, vehicles, bright roads, rivers from high there in sky  2.
